MHT has reached millions of beneficiaries and achieved tremendous success through different methodologies in providing mental health awareness (Psychoeducation and Mental Health Awareness Program) as follows:
- MHT holds mental health training, seminars, workshops, conferences and summits by partnering with other stakeholders of which in return impacted thousands of participants
- MHT uses our mental health clinics since 2019 in Mwanza, Dodoma and Dar Es Salaam
- We raise awareness through televisions, radios, writing articles in some newspapers and magazines, this has impacted millions of listeners, TV viewers and article readers. Since 2019, we have partnered and worked together with more than 30 broadcasting medias
- Conducting programs in primary and secondary schools, colleges, and universities.
- Publishing hundreds of audios, videos, and photos/ posters through social media accounts, blog, podcasts, and website aiming to providing mental health awareness
- Using available multidisciplinary practitioners: Doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, social workers
- Implementing the programs to children, adolescents and youths in primary and secondary schools, colleges, and universities.
- The organization has provided the opportunities to the interns and field work students offering the chance to participate effectively in promoting and providing mental health services in Tanzania
