TRAINING DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION APPROACH
- Duration: A practical and engaging 2-hour training session.
- Target participants: Ideal for leadership teams, managers, HR professionals, front-line staff and all other other staff in the organization/company.
- Number of participants: Designed for up to 50 participants to ensure meaningful interaction and personalized learning.
- Modality: Highly interactive, incorporating guided discussions, role-plays, real case scenarios, Q&A sessions, and take-home resources for continued application beyond the training.
- Delivery approach: Preferably conducted in person to maximize connection and experiential learning, with virtual (online) delivery available upon request.

- Participants are guided through practical and relevant learning experiences that include psychoeducation, simple psychological tools for everyday use, personalized approaches to stress and burnout prevention, building psychological safety, recognizing early signs of distress, holding supportive conversations with care and confidence, and understanding when and how to refer for professional support.

- EMPLOYEES ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)
In addition to one time Specialized Corporate Mental Health Training, we also have a one year package of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
For sustained EAP support, as well as to be able to detect early signs of mental health challenges to workers, make referrals, and provide supportive responses ensuring long-term benefits for your organization we offer monthly integrated training sessions.
To create lasting impact, we propose a one year phase partnership package whereby MHT will deliver an EAP sessions once a month for 12 months at a reduced rate, whereby we provide the following services:
- Counselling & Psychotherapy Services – for individual sessions or groups of 3-5 people. Sessions last 1 hour for individuals and 1.5 hours for groups. Delivered in-person or online.This service aims to provide support for anxiety, trauma, depression, feeling stuck; manage stress from life’s overwhelming challenges; build resilience, coping strategies, and emotional regulation; promote work-life balance and prevent burnout; reduce hopelessness, and foster hope and other mental related issues.
- Interactive workshops and informative seminars to enhance mental health awareness, psychoeducation and practical skills for up to 100 participants, lasting 2 hours, for larger groups. Available in-person and online. They aim to raise mental health awareness; build skills for self-care, balance, and resilience; reduce stigma and foster open psychological support; educate on burnout, absenteeism and productivity in caring workplaces.
- Psychometric, Screening & Assessment Services for clinical evaluation to produce reliable diagnostic insights and evidence-based care recommendations. Targeted at individuals for evaluation and delivered in-person or online.
- Mental Health Retreats & Wellness programs – Tailored to your needs in pricing for half-day or whole day wellness program for corporate teams, conducted as in-person, in your office or outdoor retreats, they relieve burdens, stress, and burnout via relaxation; enhance team bonding and address interpersonal issues; apply yoga, meditation and nature therapy for holistic balance.
- Mental Health Crisis Intervention for prompt response, psychosocial support, emotional stabilization, recovery strategies and sustained during emergencies. It is provided on-site with follow-ups, they stabilize acute stress, trauma; provide psychosocial support and runs for 2 hours at your recommended date and time.
